About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our relationships with the UK's top five retailers, ensuring our innovative products reach dining tables nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major retail accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans that align with both our company's and retailers' objectives.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of consumer habits and trends, leveraging insights to drive category growth and product development.
  4. Sales Growth: Achieve sales and profit targets by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and expanding our market presence.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven National Account Manager experience managing accounts with the UK's top five retailers.
  2. Deep understanding of consumer habits, market trends, and category management within the retail sector.
  3. Background in food manufacturing or FMCG is highly desirable.
