Job Title: National Account Manager – Grocery & Convenience

Location: Home-based or office-based (flexible)

Working Pattern: Part-time - 3 days p/w

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (pro rata )+ bonus and benefits

The role

We are looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager who thrives on both delivering results and making a difference. You will take charge of several key retail partnerships while playing a lead role in unlocking new growth across the grocery and convenience space. This is a varied, high-impact role for someone who enjoys being close to the action and wants to see their work contribute to something bigger.

You will be the face of the brand across multiple key accounts, building partnerships, shaping plans and working cross-functionally to make sure everything lands brilliantly, from forecasting to promotional execution to trade marketing on the ground.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial agenda across major retail customers, owning performance and growth
  • Develop joint plans that go beyond targets, delivering value for the brand and your retail partners
  • Spot and secure new opportunities to broaden distribution and bring the brand to more people
  • Create smart, effective trade marketing plans that drive visibility and action at shelf

Requirements

  • A background in FMCG account management with experience in national retail
  • Commercially sharp, with a clear grasp of promotional strategy, margin and trade spend
  • Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing across functions
  • Brings energy, initiative and a mindset that balances drive with purpose
