Job summary

Carcomparison Leasing is seeking a National Account Manager to drive sales by establishing the national accounts function as a key driver of long-term growth and customer retention.

You will manage and develop relationships with existing business customers nationwide, identify vehicle requirements, and expand fleets while collaborating with the business development team to deliver exceptional service and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience ideally in the car leasing industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with national accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing national business customers.
• Proactively contact customers to understand vehicle requirements and identify opportunities to expand fleets.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and introductions from existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, fleet requirements and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales, revenue, margin, account growth and customer retention targets.
