Job Description
As Senior National Account Manager - Foodservice and Retail
- You will own a portfolio of key foodservice and retail accounts ( Brakes, Bidfood, as well as top four grocers and discounters)
Develop and deliver customer-specific Joint Business Plans, driving listings, pricing, promotional campaigns, and NPD launches
Monitor and forecast performance (volume, margin); own P&L with regular commercial reviews
Build deep, strategic relationships-from senior buyers to field team members
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and logistics/distribution to strengthen propositions
The Successful Applicant
Experience managing major foodservice/wholesale accounts for a food manufacturer
Strong negotiation, JBP creation, margin optimisation, P&L ownership
From C-suite buyers to ops teams, you influence with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight- New business focus with knowledge of the route to market
You work closely with marketing, NPD, supply chain, and leadership to ensure flawless execution
