Fuelling this newly formed business and leadership team is a diverse and inclusive culture for all. Together, we’re shaping a team with a founder mentality: that listens and learns, and that is entrepreneurial, agile, and action oriented.

With high-quality brands such as Air Wick, Cillit Bang, Calgon, and Mortein, now is an exciting time to join a dynamic company full of purpose, pace, and energy, that will create a truly unique learning and career opportunity for all.

Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cross-functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

About the role

Our brands are Number 1 or Number 2 in all their primary markets, working with key retail players like Tesco, Boots, Asda, and Sainsbury's. You will be able to say you work for the most successful market innovator in the sector – with 30% of sales over three years coming from new products – and a company recognized for its strong commercial capabilities, offering numerous career opportunities.

Your responsibilities
  • Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio.
  • Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion).
  • Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with the account.
  • Achieve account sales and trade investment targets for allocated accounts.
  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with the major account's profile (including share of shelf, visibility at POS, distribution penetration, retail pricing, and consumer and trade promotions).
  • Develop reporting processes that track and measure business performance to inform decisions.
The experience we're looking for
  • Degree-caliber candidate with account management experience in FMCG sales, eager to take the business to the next level.
  • A strategic thinker with confidence to deliver account plans effectively.
  • Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery, and growth.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, analytical and creative thinking.
  • Confident, capable of operating at all levels, and a good team player.
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally, demonstrating influencing skills.
  • Experience in financial and commercial analysis.
