Position: National Account Manager – Amazon Ecommerce

Location: London | Hybrid

Bonus: 20%

Our client is a high-growth, mission-driven home cleaning brand that is redefining the industry through a sustainable approach. They are expanding their commercial team and are hiring a new National Account Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Drive and expand the company's presence on Amazon UK, managing daily operations and long-term strategy.
  • Build a collaborative business relationship with Amazon to support commercial goals.
  • Increase revenue through campaign planning, media investment, and new product launches.
  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central, including pricing, demand planning, inventory, and content.
  • Handle financial planning and performance tracking for Amazon and DTC channels.
  • Oversee the direct-to-consumer website (Shopify), coordinating with partners to optimize performance and content.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned execution across channels.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape and digital retail best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Experience leading Amazon channel growth for FMCG brands.
  • Financial and commercial expertise, including P&L management and retail advertising.
  • Knowledge of Amazon tools like Vendor Central, AMS, and ARA.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce within a DTC framework.
