National Account Manager (AMAZON)

L’Oréal UKI is seeking a dynamic, results-driven NAM to continue to drive our Amazon business forward. Amazon is a highly strategic customer experiencing dynamic double-digit growth, with significant future potential.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the drive to maximize the scale and potential of this opportunity.

You Will
  1. Lead a High-Growth, High-Visibility Business: Collaborate with multifunctional teams to drive sales, increase market share, grow turnover, and manage profitability within the L’Oréal Consumer Products Division Amazon business.
  2. Shape the Amazon Flywheel: Leverage Amazon’s ecosystem by managing commercial spend, optimizing stock, and activating marketing strategies to enhance traffic, conversion, and brand presence.
  3. Stakeholder Influencer: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for your category and aligning efforts to meet ambitious goals.
  4. Identify Opportunities: Work with teams to find additional growth opportunities for your categories and brands.
  5. Analytical Proficiency: Use data analysis and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions.
  6. Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Supply Chain for accurate sales forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment optimization.
  7. Financial Management: Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecast investments, and improve commercial processes.
  8. Additional Responsibilities: Deliver accurate forecasts, manage P&L with finance, and contribute to LDB strategy by identifying challenges and opportunities.
Who You Are
  • Excellent relationship management skills with external partners and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a good understanding of profitability management.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem is a plus.
  • Resilient, driven, with a proactive attitude.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience with Amazon or eCommerce is preferred.
  • Numerically skilled and entrepreneurial mindset.
