National Account Manager – Grocers – Reading – £50-60,000 (AE687773)

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and customer relationships in a leading skincare company. Developing Key Grocer Accounts, you will implement market-leading growth strategies that maximise brand performance and revenue generation.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the Reading office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture strategic customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive profitable net revenue
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated omni-channel plans
  • Create detailed sales and financial forecasts through weekly performance analysis
  • Manage customer P&Ls with accountability for annual revenue and investment targets
  • Monitor and report on key sales drivers and performance metrics monthly
  • Constantly review and refine plans to drive year-on-year growth
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Account Management experience within FMCG, including key UK Grocers
  • Impressive people, project management and organisational skills
