National Account Manager Tesco Food Manufacturing

GBP45,000 + Car Allowance

Based in Hull Hybrid (3 days a week on site) + UK travel

If you've worked with Tesco before, you'll know it s not for the faint-hearted.

They move fast. They expect a lot. But if you get it right, the rewards are massive.

This role isn t for a spreadsheet-sitter. It s for someone who knows how chilled food supply works. Someone who can manage day-to-day chaos, push NPD through the pipeline, and hold their own in a top-tier retailer meeting without flinching.

You ll be the go-to for all things Tesco across three key categories - There s plenty to get stuck into and loads of ownership from day one. Reporting into an Account Controller, but no hand-holding here you ll be trusted to just crack on.

You ll need to:

  • Know how to manage a big grocery account (ideally Tesco) within the Food industry (ideally chilled but open on Category)
  • Be confident with forecasting, planning, and understanding P&Ls
  • Work well with Supply Chain, NPD, and Finance
  • Spot opportunities and run with them
  • Travel between sites across the UK without whinging about it
