Entrepreneurial National Account Manager – Retail & Convenience
Location: Home-based with UK travel
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
Reporting to: Senior National Account Manager – HSD & Convenience

About the Role

This is more than an account management job. We’re looking for someone with ideas, hustle and a sharp eye for opportunity. You’ll manage and grow a national portfolio including Coop/NISA, Poundland and One Beyond, driving real growth across retail and convenience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and margin

  • Lead customer-specific marketing campaigns and seasonal activations

  • Build and maintain strong retailer relationships

  • Identify and act on new product and category opportunities

  • Deliver standout trade plans that increase visibility and sell-through
