We're looking for a dynamic, driven UK National Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of key UK accounts. This role is crucial in growing our UK business-achieving annual turnover and profit growth targets through the management of a portfolio of high-profile retail partners. What You'll Be Responsible For

  1. Manage all aspects of key accounts: listings, launches, terms negotiation, promos, and growth strategy.
  2. Drive new business opportunities and optimise existing relationships.
  3. Maintain administrative excellence-accurate forecasting, contract management, and sales reports.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless execution.
  5. Present compelling brand strategies and seasonal concepts to raise customer engagement.
  6. Support product development by feeding in market insights and customer feedback.
  7. Use data as your superpower-flag risks, spot trends, and turn challenges into opportunities.
  8. Create beautiful, bold, and effective customer-facing presentations.
  9. Be a role model for the illooms way-curious, creative, commercial.

What We're Looking For

  1. Previous experience managing national retail accounts (ideally in FMCG - experience with toy or party categories is desired but not essential)
  2. A head for numbers and heart for creative selling
  3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple fast-paced priorities
  4. Someone who thrives on autonomy, but loves to collaborates too
  5. Confident presenting to buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  6. A love of product, brand, and bringing ideas to life
