A leading workplace solutions provider is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join their Public Sector Sales Division. This role focuses on account development, retention, and growth across multiple verticals in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have strong motivation, excellent negotiation skills, and experience with public sector contracts. Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and maintaining contracted business.
  • Experience with tender processes and re-tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact clients to maintain high service levels and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline to ensure profitable gross margins across all accounts.
  • Project manage the rollout of new contracts and services.
  • Advise on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage own diary to exceed KPIs, both commercial and behavioral.

This role has arisen due to internal promotion.

Position: National Account Manager

Location: Covering Midlands

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm

As a National Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of accounts within a specified geographical area. Your role involves retaining and developing client relationships, understanding their objectives, and acting as an extension of their business.

Key Responsibilities:
