Our core belief in empowering people to make intelligent health decisions drives our growth strategy, blending organic expansion and M&A.

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a National Account Manager for our office in Maidenhead.

What’s in it for you?

A high-impact commercial role in a fast-growing, international company. You'll gain exposure to strategic retail partnerships, drive the performance of leading brands, and shape account plans from the ground up. If you’re ambitious, hands-on, and looking to grow with a business that’s scaling across global markets, this is your next move.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take full ownership of key national accounts, working cross-functionally to deliver business growth, drive customer engagement, and shape Karo’s UK footprint. You will:

  • Build strong, productive relationships with key customer contacts across functions (e.g. buying, category, supply)
  • Create and execute joint business plans that align with both Karo’s and the customer’s objectives—tracking performance and driving results
  • Grow distribution and visibility across the Karo portfolio, focusing on both core and new product launches
  • Deliver targeted distribution for innovation and NPDs
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions to maximise ROI and drive category performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage the prescription medicine portfolio (where applicable)
  • Own and deliver the annual P&L for your accounts—from net sales to gross profit
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards

Required:

  • Degree educated
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Account Management, ideally within Grocery, High Street, Discounter or Pharmacy retail
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
  • Strong understanding of FMCG P&Ls and key commercial levers
  • Skilled in category analysis with a clear grasp of category drivers
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills—able to manage complex JBPs and present proposals to senior leadership
  • Track record of leading account strategy, creating value, and building long-term partnerships
  • Confident Excel user and adept in planning and prioritising multiple projects

Preferred:

  • Experience within the Health & Beauty Care sector
  • Advanced Excel skills

Personal qualities:

  • Strong relationship builder and clear communicator
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, and delivery-focused
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Analytical, organised, and commercially sharp
  • Demonstrates leadership potential and alignment with Karo’s values: Challenge, Act, Connect, Care
  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule and life work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team
  • Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
