Job description

We are looking for an experienced National Accounts Manager to manage the sales process for forklift trucks and other material handling equipment to national customers.

About The Role

The role involves selling materials handling solutions and providing excellent levels of customer service to large national businesses. On a day-to-day basis, this includes:

  • Developing new business and expanding existing accounts, either individually or with a colleague
  • Visiting selected accounts regularly to increase sales and revenue
  • Using CRM and IT systems to maximize performance
  • Developing strategic account plans for key businesses to retain and grow business
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as logistics solutions, automation, racking, hand pallet trucks, and short-term hire to develop business with target accounts

We seek a self-motivated individual with a strong track record in a national sales environment, preferably in B2B sales. Experience in selling materials handling or capital equipment is beneficial but not essential, as full product training will be provided.
