Role Purpose:

Deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within a group of key customers in Route to Market. Developing and nurturing key contacts across their business as well as leading internal cross-functional teams to help create and deliver the company and account strategy

Key Activities:

  • Customer Profitability: Net Sales, investment and customer profitability responsibility including all Danone categories, delivering annual, quarterly and monthly customer targets, and driving profitable growth for both Danone and our customers.
  • Retail Execution: Ensuring flawless execution of agreed activations throughout the year, creating and managing regional manager relationships, regular store visits, and liaising with our Field team.
  • Promotional and Price Management: Managing promotional and pricing plans, reviewing return on investment, and leading the building and execution of customer-specific plans.
  • Team Development: Supporting junior team members, setting plans, engaging the team, and coaching on day-to-day challenges.
