As a National Account & Field Sales Executive, you will manage and support key accounts and build relationships with retailers and distributors across the UK and support in Europe. You will work closely with our International Sales Leads to implement strategies that drive growth and expand our market footprint.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the beauty market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Must be willing to operate in hours to suit both NZ and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Account & Field Sales Management (45%)

  • Lead the management of key accounts, including Naturisimo, Skindays, Ocado, Escentual, and Wild Beauty.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and distributors, driving sales and performance.
  • Support European distributors and UK retailers, including Look Fantastic and Holland & Barrett.
  • Lead growth of revenue at a store level for Holland & Barrett, undertake weekly store visits, identify and act on out of stock issues, maximize and act upon new visibility locations, replenish testers & tidy stock, train staff on the floor, and ensure staff are onboarded to our staff incentive program.
  • Build relationships with key managers in Holland & Barrett stores to ensure access to new opportunities.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Regularly monitor account performance, track sales data, manage stock levels, and prepare agile and insightful reports with a focus on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Data management & reporting, including but not exclusive to completing NLF/submission forms for range extensions, new product lines, promotional activities, and range reviews.
  • Implement and monitor trade marketing plans.
  • Collate sales data, build dashboards, manage stockholding, and complete analysis across markets. Prepare accurate and insightful weekly sales reports and forecasts, including competitor analysis.
  • Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market and propose actionable solutions.

Marketing and Promotional Activities (25%)

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns for key retailers.
  • Monitor and maintain records of all promotional activities, ensuring proper execution and ROI analysis.
  • Oversee marketing spend and manage key promotional assets, including online and offline campaigns.

Market Expansion and Support (30%)

  • Support new market launches and help onboard new retailers or distributors.
  • Constantly visit and drive sales with retail partners to ensure excellence in presentation in-store and ensure range extensions are maximised.
  • Track competitor activities and pricing in key channels and contribute to market strategy.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in field sales/account executive/management in the beauty/skincare industry.
  • Strong Excel, numeracy, and analytical skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Interested in the UK and European skincare market.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude and high sense of personal accountability.
  • Digitally literate, with good understanding of social media and ability to use digital project management tools.
  • Tenacious and resilient with the ability to work in an agile work environment.
  • Availability to join video conferences out of hours 2-3 times per week due to team members working across time zones.
