VANRATH is delighted to partner again with a Major Distribution Service in recruiting a National Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team based in Belfast. This company values staff development and progression.

Experience with Soft Drink Brands is highly preferred

Salary - £28,500 - £30,000 + Company Car + 10% Bonus + Hybrid Working

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolio with existing and new business to meet sales, shopper, and brand objectives within set parameters.
  • Execute national plans locally, ensuring distribution & activation align with brand objectives and TGM targets.
  • Develop collaborative customer partnerships, translating Sales & Brand objectives into customer business plans, ranging, activation, and aligning with business cycles. Collaborate with Brand and NPD teams on key customer and menu cycles.
  • Coordinate with commercial planning and activation teams to ensure all activities meet company and brand expectations, managing budgets and forecasts through CBP systems.
  • Provide necessary information for internal and external stakeholders within deadlines.
  • Use insights to maximize brand distribution, visibility, and availability, setting targets and conducting gap analyses, ensuring listings align with brand and channel objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and feed back insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage financial elements, including debtor days, credit queries, and outstanding invoices, resolving issues within 35 days.
