About the role

As a National Account Executive, eCommerce at Essential Home, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online retail partnerships, especially through third-party logistics (3PL) partners on platforms like Amazon and eBay. You will be the main liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance in sales, margin, and stock management.

  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners (selling on Amazon and eBay), acting as the primary contact
  • Monitor account performance across sales, margin, and stock levels
  • Achieve targets for Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and Net Working Capital
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify online growth opportunities, improve forecasting, and optimize listings focusing on eCommerce levers (content, media, pricing, and promotions)
  • Implement promotional plans, pricing strategies (aligned with key events), and product launches with the marketing teams
  • Coordinate with Supply Services to ensure accurate sales forecasts and sufficient stock levels within the supply chain
  • Work with marketing and advertising agencies to execute promotional visibility on Amazon
  • Support SNAM with regular business reviews and lead quarterly customer days with 3PL partners
The experience we're looking for
  • Degree-level candidate with proven account management experience, ideally in eCommerce, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors. Experience with Amazon and/or eBay, especially in a 3PL context, is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Commercially minded with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Driven to take our business to the next level
  • Action-oriented, energetic, pragmatic, with a strong desire to make an impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Desirable but not essential: understanding of eCommerce algorithms, vendor/seller central, P&L management, financial reporting, supply chain processes, and stock planning
