RedBull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - Booker to be based in the UK.
The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the National Account Manager (NAM) and the Business Unit Controller (BUC) and is responsible for the achievement of volume, share, profit and net revenue targets in the Booker Business Unit. The NAE will also work closely with the wider RedBull & Wholesale channel, national account teams, supply chain, finance, customer marketing and category management teams. The strategic direction of the Company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the off premise sales team.
This role includes P&L analysis and invoice responsibilities for the Booker P&L as well as JBP implementation to help deliver profitable growth. The role also includes collaboration with the BUC, NAM and other NAEs to ensure delivery of the wider teams objectives whilst continuing to build a winning strategy focused on distribution, share of space and additional placements in order to win value share. Exciting opportunities remain to unlock field coverage in the value retail sector to achieve the objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIESAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to the customer’s and RedBull’s priorities
Post-evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied
Forecast, drive growth and track development of the account to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions
Manage end to end invoicing process ensuring collaboration and alignment with internal and external Finance teams
Ensure accurate forecasts of base, promotional & feature volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation
Management, alongside the NAM, of finance and operations cycles including month end close, sales & operations planning & channel review meetings
Track, analyse and share weekly customer EPOS to be shared with relevant cross-functional contacts
Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan. Contacts will include, but not be limited to, Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance and Operations
Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI’s. To include collaboration with Category Management, Logistics, Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand & Shopper Marketing teams.
