Responsibilities
- Commercial & P&L Management.
- Elements of P&L ownership within the Boots account.
- Deliver forecast accuracy and manage risks/opportunities to hit commercial targets.
- Support the National Account Manager in shaping annual and long- term Boots strategies
- Customer & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Boots buyers, merchandisers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for Boots on defined areas of responsibility.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues (Marketing, Finance, Supply, Digital, Medical, HCP) to deliver joint plans seamlessly.
- Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of the JBP document.
- Monitor delivery of agreed activities, ensuring alignment between Boots and internal teams.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Project Leadership.
- Lead and deliver projects ensuring measurable impact and timely delivery.
- Work with internal stakeholders to execute brand strategies across Boots' in-store and online environments.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen and proven understanding of P&L drivers.
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with confidence in presenting.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment.
- Relationship builder, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Accurate forecasting (within agreed tolerance).
- Delivery of brand P&L targets.
- Completion and execution of JBP activities.
- Effective leadership of designated projects with clear ROI.
- Strength and quality of Boots relationship (measured through feedback and results).
