What You’ll Be Doing as aNational Account Executive:-You'll work alongside the National Field Sales Manager, managing and developing top-tier customer accounts with full end-to-end ownership. Your focus? Growing existing relationships, spotting new opportunities, and making an impact.
Build strong, strategic partnerships with key national accounts
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, solutions-based propositions
Ensure smooth delivery of products and services across accounts
Be the go-to link between customers and internal departments
Keep your finger on the pulse of your channel – market insights, competitors, associations
Resolve issues quickly and maintain long-term trust
As a National Account Executive, use data and analytics to unlock new sales opportunities
Deliver monthly performance reviews to senior leadership and stakeholders
Proven track record in FMCG sales or account management
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
Confident communicator who can present, influence, and negotiate
Able to analyse data and translate it into actionable insight
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Full, clean UK driving licence
Minimum 30% profit-related bonus scheme
