National Account Executive
£35,000 to £45,000

The Collective Network is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's leading names in the free-range and organic food sector, as they look to expand their commercial team. We're seeking a passionate, data-driven National Account Executive to support key retailer partnerships with some of the most recognisable names on the high street.
This is more than just an account executive role - it's a genuine stepping stone to a National Account Manager position. You'll be joining a forward-thinking, well-established organisation that's not only thriving but actively investing in its people and future growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of major retail accounts including Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, and Morrisons.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, resolving queries and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams across supply chain, marketing, and category management to ensure smooth delivery of customer expectations.
  • Analysing sales data to uncover insights and make informed recommendations for account growth.
  • Helping to forecast, monitor stock levels, and manage on-time product availability.
  • Attending client meetings, contributing to strategy and negotiations.
  • Keeping an eye on market trends, retailer activity, and the competitive landscape to support wider business objectives.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A confident communicator who can build rapport and influence effectively.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Naturally analytical, able to pull meaningful insights from sales and performance data.
  • Self-motivated and organised - you thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.

Ideal Experience:

  • A degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Prior experience in sales or account management, ideally in the food or wider FMCG space.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an eagerness to progress your career in a high-performance environment.
