National Account Executive - Kickstart your Sales Career in FMCG

Belfast | £28,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card | Hybrid (3 Days on the Road / 2 WFH)

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a mix of existing customers and new business, helping to grow sales and visibility for key brands.
• Support the execution of national brand plans at a local level - ensuring product placement, promotional activity, and distribution align with strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Work closely with brand and product teams to stay in sync with upcoming launches, menu planning, and customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, planning) to deliver smooth campaigns and activations.
• Track performance and provide regular reporting on sales results, forecasts, and competitor activity.
• Take full ownership of your accounts - including managing budgets, ensuring timely payments, and resolving queries.

Essential Criteria:

This role is perfect for a junior sales professional or recent graduate with a passion for the FMCG world. We're looking for someone who is:
