You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the company’s largest UK account, leading a UK-based account team and liaising closely with the European account team
  • Agreeing key priorities and KPIs with the National technical resource to deliver strategic account plan objectives
  • Driving growth, CTO, margin enhancement and value creation initiatives to meet customer and business goals
  • Identifying and addressing the development needs of team members to maximise individual potential in line with business objectives
  • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent delivery of the commercial strategy across all levels

Key attributes required:

  • Experience developing growth in accounts in the packaging sector is essential
  • Bringing extensive experience in managing multi-site and high-value key accounts while confidently working with budgets and forecasts
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a passion for driving customer satisfaction, achieving budget targets, and delivering sustainable profit and volume growth
  • Excelling as a persuasive communicator, able to understand multiple perspectives and build strong relationships while driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Showing exceptional commercial awareness across every stage of the Supply Chain and leveraging this to optimise performance
  • Making clear, effective, and timely decisions and communicating them with impact
