Responsibilities:
  • Leading and inspiring a team of National Account Managers and Executives.
  • Owning the On Premise business strategy from forecasting to execution, with full P&L ownership.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Shaping and delivering the annual business plan using data and insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven senior commercial leadership experience, with strategic JBP and board influence.
  • Strong track record managing high-performing teams in the On Premise sector.
  • End-to-end P&L ownership experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a proactive, autonomous mindset.
