National Account Compliance Manager

Location: Reading – National Based

Salary: £40,000- £45,000 per annum plus Car/Allowance

Type: Permanent

Our client, a leading facilities management company, is currently seeking a National Account Compliance Manager to work on an exciting contract on behalf of a global company. The role involves managing locations outside of the M25 – approximately 170 buildings.

Specific Responsibilities/Duties Include:
  1. Maintain and update the Operations Manuals.
  2. Ensure all relevant documentation is stored appropriately.
  3. Guarantee a robust Business Continuity Plan is always in place.
  4. Implement processes to identify supply threats.
  5. Support the production of monthly reports.
  6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys through Informed Client Interviews.
  7. Ensure compliance with all Contract SLA’s and KPI’s.
  8. Develop and present 6-monthly ‘Improvement Plans’ to the Customer.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 10 years of technical/building services experience with HNC or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience managing compliance for hard services contracts involving mobile engineering teams and a dedicated Help Desk, including reporting and jeopardy management.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, sound judgment, and initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to understand contract requirements, organize MI reporting, and prepare for customer audits.
  • Capable of working under pressure while remaining calm and delivering services within time constraints.
  • Familiarity with Maximo/Planon CAFM systems.
