Location: Boots, Bluewater • Date: 16 Sept 2025 • Reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager NARS • Contract type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

ABOUT NARS

Created in 1994 in New York, NARS Cosmetics is a leading brand in makeup artistry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will inspire and motivate your small team to be the best they can, everyday. Through your leadership you will develop the team to deliver our customer engagement approach and create strong connections with our customers through brand history and high-performance formulas, encouraging them to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
  • You’ll be empowered to take accountability for driving your business. You will use networking skills to connect with external partners to recruit new customers whilst engaging existing customers and securing brand loyalty to NARS and you as an Artist.
  • You’ll have tools and support to achieve your goals, and you’ll partner closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR to build a business plan that drives KPIs across your team and delivers results.
  • As a NARS Artist and Account Manager, you will influence how clients feel about themselves through your actions, communication and connections with clients.

PROFILE

  • Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Area Manager on business performance
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
