Job summary

Rebellion seeks an experienced Narrative Designer to own quest and narrative systems for a varied slate of projects. You will implement narrative content using our in‑house engine and collaborate across disciplines to align with creative vision.

Based at one of our UK studios in Oxford or Warwick, you will contribute to BAFTA-winning titles, with relocation support and a dynamic, fast-moving work environment that rewards initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of creating narrative design documents and specifications.
• Advanced knowledge of the video game development process.
• Advanced knowledge of production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own narrative systems and quest design aligned with project scope.
• Collaborate with design teams to define narrative content.
• Implement narrative and dialogue using in‑house tools and workflows.
• Develop Narrative Design Documents with cross‑discipline input.
• Interface with Level Design to shape quest structures and gameplay.
