Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience within a design/production environment.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and autonomy across multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, especially Slides.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator; editing tools such as Premiere Pro; 2D animation with After Effects).
• Learning mindset and proactive approach to design processes.
• Calm, confident under pressure and receptive to feedback.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Understanding of spatial and/or interactive design and narrative-driven work.
• Familiarity with Figma and/or Miro.
• Experience conveying concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• 3D modelling/animation tools knowledge (3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Unreal).
• Interest in contributing to a global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Distill project information into a narrative for simple deliverables.
• Create narrative structures for client sign-off.
• Champion the production process across work areas.
• Concept and direct small stand-alone projects and contribute to larger ones.
• Collaborate with team members to drive conceptual thinking.
• Brief artists clearly and concisely.
• Participate actively in client presentations, taking prompts from senior creatives.
