Job summary

Journey is seeking senior Project Producers and Lead Producers to oversee future contracts and co-deliver immersive experiences from our London studios. You will manage complex projects, maintain strong client relationships, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Several years direct experience as a Project Producer in an interdisciplinary design context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects across experiential design techniques, ensuring good process and timely reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality design work.
• Provide effective communication, project management and meeting delivery against objectives.
• Oversee budgets and deliver full scope within target margins.
• Negotiate contracts and balance risk for the business.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to projects and the business.
• Own pitches, scoping, pricing and structure for new work.
• Lead production teams and reviews to align with client objectives and creative requirements.
