Job description

A busy household are looking for a calm and organised Nanny Housekeeper to help them on a part time basis near Gloucester.

This position is a mix of childcare and household duties. You will be required to carry out duties such as school runs, taking children to after school activities, prepare tea, help with bath and bed times and to household duties such as family laundry, tidying and cleaning the home when required. They do have other help in the daytime to help with these duties too. Mum will be around so this is a mix of shared care and sole charge, they are looking for an extra pair of hands to help ensure the smooth running of the busy household.

The family have 5 children aged 9, 7, 5, 4 and 2 years. The eldest four are at school, they have mixture of interests including football, gymnastics, drama and creative arts and crafts. The ideal candidate will have a muck in attitude, be calm, organised and warm and able to thrive in a busy home and happy to work alongside Mum, particularly around bath and bedtimes. They family live in a large home in the beautiful countryside with a large outdoor area to play in.

There is the option for more hours if someone can help with some school runs in the mornings, this does not have to be every morning.
