Job description

A wonderful family based in Pimlico, London to provide proper care for their charming toddler and newborn baby due in September 2025 while maintaining the cleanliness of their home. Someone with lots of experience looking after newborn babies is essential for this role. The candidate must have glowing references available and be proactive who can carry out all childcare and housekeeping duties. The nanny-housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare basic meals for the family. Someone pet-friendly is ideal since the family has a dog at home, but is not a must.

Someone who could speak French or Russian languages would be a bonus but English speakers will be considered. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00/6:30 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00/5:30 pm, approximately 45 hours per week

Duties include:

ironing and laundry
caring for important items
hoovering and mopping floors
cleaning windows, cupboards, surface tops, kitchens
bedrooms and bathrooms
wardrobe management and organisation
helping with learning
washing and dressing the children
playing with them
changing nappies
sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
taking them to activities
making sure the children are always safe and happy
