Overview

A Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family based in Richmond, London, to assist with looking after a toddler and a school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of the property. The role is more housekeeping/cooking focused, with shared care with the mother when the children are not in school/nursery. Cooking skills are essential, especially for preparing healthy and child-friendly meals. A valid first aid qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
• Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitise bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Clean and maintain the kitchen area
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
• Manage laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
• Make beds and replace linens as needed
• Clean and organise dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher

Qualifications and Requirements

• Cooking skills with the ability to prepare healthy, child-friendly meals
• Valid first aid qualification is essential
• Experience in nanny/housekeeping roles preferred
• Ability to start immediately

Working Hours and Accommodation

Working hours: 6 days a week, 07:00 to 19:00 (2-hour break during the day). Saturday or Sunday will be the preferred day off. Accommodation: Spare room with ensuite.
