Overview

A wonderful family in Hertfordshire is seeking a Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to help care for their baby and maintain a clean, well-organised home. The role is ideal for someone responsible, nurturing, and able to balance childcare with household duties effectively. The family has a dog, so it would be helpful if the nanny-housekeeper could occasionally take him for walks and feed him when required. A driver is essential for this position, with preference given to candidates who have their own car. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours

1 to 2 full days a week for 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all general nannying duties, including changing nappies, feeding, engaging in playtime, and supporting daily routines
• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Carrying out cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• Washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothing and linens
• Making beds and changing bed linen as required
• Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher

Requirements
