HomeOrganisers is seeking a kind, reliable Nanny Housekeeper to support a family near Salisbury, Wiltshire. The role combines housekeeping with teen support, daily routines and meal preparation in a three-bedroom home.

The position is permanent, 30 hours per week, with days and times to be agreed. A full driving licence and own car are required, and start date is as soon as possible. This is a long-term placement with the family.

About the Role

We are looking for a kind, caring and dependable Nanny Housekeeper to provide long-term support to a family living in a three-bedroom home in the village of Shrewton, near Salisbury.

This is a particularly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to a family who are going through very difficult personal circumstances.

The family includes two teenagers, aged 14 and 16, who live with an older sibling. They are looking for someone who can provide a warm, stable and supportive presence in the home, helping the children establish routines, develop independence and feel confident in their day-to-day lives.

The role is about much more than housekeeping. The family need someone with kindness, patience, common sense and a practical approach to running a home, who can offer encouragement and guidance while helping the children learn important life skills.

The children's guardians are closely involved in their care and wellbeing and will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure the family receives consistent, long-term support.

Duties Will Include
