HomeOrganisers Limited in Cobham seeks an experienced full-time Housekeeper to oversee the day-to-day running of a detached five-bedroom home. The role combines meticulous cleaning with laundry, ironing, wardrobe care and light family cooking.

You will work Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, with sole responsibility for maintaining high standards, organising cupboards and shopping for household supplies. A driver with own car and a small dog-friendly approach are required.

Overview

A professional family based in Cobham is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of their detached five-bedroom home.

This is a full-time, sole Housekeeper position combining the full care and cleaning of the home to a very high standard with laundry, ironing, household organisation, family cooking and general household support.

The family has two children aged 15 and 16 who are fully independent. There may be some occasional support with school runs, likely around twice per week, but the position is predominantly focused on housekeeping and the smooth running of the home.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and confident working independently. They should genuinely enjoy housekeeping, take pride in maintaining a well-run home and be happy to take ownership of whatever needs doing.

Key Responsibilities

• Full care and cleaning of the home to a very high standard
• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation throughout the property
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
• Changing bed linen and making beds
• Keeping cupboards, wardrobes and household areas clean and organised
• Planning and preparing fresh family meals each weekday
• Grocery shopping and purchasing fresh produce
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organisation and food storage
• Shopping for household supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Managing household deliveries, parcels and post
• Running local household errands as required
• Providing occasional support with school runs, likely around twice per week
• Walking the family dog for approximately 30 minutes each day
• Monitoring and replenishing household products and supplies
