A family in need of childcare in Milton Keynes is looking for an After-school Nanny. The role involves collecting their child from school, assisting with homework, and preparing meals. Candidates should have a paediatric first aid qualification, and while not necessary, a driving license would be advantageous. Preferred candidates are French-speaking. Working hours are part-time, approximately 15 hours per week.
A lovely family based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, is looking for an After-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. They are seeking a calm and patient individual who is also energetic and able to engage actively with the child. The role includes light housekeeping duties related to the child, as well as preparing and cooking simple meals. While not essential, a driver with a full driving licence would be a bonus. The family has a strong preference for French-speaking candidates, though English-speaking applicants will also be considered. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: 4 days between Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 15 hours per week
Duties include:
Collecting the child from school
Assisting with homework and reading
Preparing meals and snacks
Arranging playdates and engaging in age-appropriate games
Encouraging the child to tidy up toys together
Supporting the evening routine, including preparing bags for the next day
Handling light laundry of the child’s clothes
Occasionally shopping for the child’s essentials
They are looking for someone to hire between August to September 2025, and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
