We're looking for a safeguarding practitioner to take a leadership role within Sheffield Children's as Named Nurse for Safeguarding (CAMHS) and PREVENT Lead. You will lead safeguarding activity across CAMHS and provide strategic oversight on PREVENT responsibilities across the organisation.
About You -You're a professional with a safeguarding background in children and adolescent mental health, and have excellent communication skills. You bring:

Main duties of the jobYou will report to the Head of Safeguarding, and your responsibilities will include:
As Named Nurse for Safeguarding (CAMHS):
Lead safeguarding activity across CAMHS
Advise clinicians and managers on safeguarding issues
Ensure compliance with relevant safeguarding standards
Work with senior teams to strengthen safeguarding provision
Foster partnerships with external agencies
As PREVENT Lead:
Oversee Trust compliance with the Prevent responsibilities
Manage Prevent policies, training, and procedures
Represent the Trust at Prevent and Channel meetings
Lead Prevent reporting and training coordination
