A leading health and care provider in the UK is seeking a Named Nurse for Safeguarding to support its safeguarding team. Key responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of effective safeguarding practices, managing Specialist Nurses, and collaborating with partner agencies. The ideal candidate should have experience in safeguarding and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £55,690 to £62,682 with additional benefits and opportunities for professional development.
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Named Nurse for Safeguarding to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective care across our services. In this key role, you will support the Safeguarding Team to ensure the organisation meets its contractual responsibilities to safeguard children, young people, and adults with care and support needs who access our services both directly and indirectly.
You will work collaboratively with partner agencies, the wider safeguarding team, and colleagues across HCRG Care Group, promoting best practice, providing expert advice, and ensuring robust safeguarding processes are in place and consistently followed.
