Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant to play a crucial role as the Named Doctor for Safeguarding Adults.
As the Named Doctor for Safeguarding Adults, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults, including those experiencing neglect, abuse, or exploitation. This role requires a commitment to promoting best practices and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate should have experience in safeguarding adults, particularly in an acute healthcare setting, and possess a working knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014.
