Who you'll work with

As a team member of the Arista Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. As their champion, you will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcomes. You’ll partner with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to help them understand how to execute on your customer’s behalf. Our sales culture emphasizes team success, collaboration, and support from like-minded professionals. This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.

Arista Networks is a pioneer and industry leader in delivering software-driven Cloud Networking solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Named Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. In this role, you will use a consultative sales approach to cultivate client relationships for enterprise named accounts and develop new white space accounts. This position focuses on Public Sector and Healthcare markets in the UK, and candidates with strong exposure to these sectors will be highly favored.

Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales objectives and promote the Arista brand within targeted public sector organizations and healthcare providers.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address needs related to hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems across Arista’s product portfolio, including Cloud Networking solutions, CloudEOS (OpenSource Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, Wifi networking, CloudVision (Network Automation & Telemetry), and Monitoring Fabric solutions (Big Switch).
  • Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Arista systems engineers to design and position solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with technology providers to identify prospects and demonstrate solutions.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships within your territory.
  • Develop strategic and tactical account plans based on business reviews with prospects and customers.
  • Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-and-learns, and technology forums.
  • Work with marketing teams to implement plans and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about partner solutions, competitors, and industry strategies.
