As a Named Account Executive in the Business Services, Built Environment team, you’ll work with some of the most influential companies in construction, real estate, and facilities management. You’ll help them leverage Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Tableau—to accelerate digital transformation and achieve long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own a defined portfolio of enterprise Built Environment accounts across the UK
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Partner with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and align Salesforce solutions with their transformation goals
Lead the end-to-end sales process, supported by a high-performing team, including BDRs, Solution Engineers, Partners, and Professional Services
Communicate the value of Salesforce’s industry-leading solutions—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Tableau—to streamline operations and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making
Collaborate closely with the wider Business Services team to ensure customers receive tailored solutions that evolve with their business needs
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving new business
Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level executives and stakeholders across IT, operations, and business functions
Background or familiarity with the Built Environment sector, including construction, real estate, or facilities management, is highly desirable
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex organisations and create long-term account strategies
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
