Harrison Holgate in London is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join its North American Special Risks team. The role focuses on supporting Binding Authority placements and administration for US property risks, working with brokers, insurers and Coverholders.

You will manage BAAs, endorsements and risk data, ensuring accuracy and timely service, while building strong relationships across the London Market and North American partners.

Qualifikationen

• London Market experience, ideally supporting North American Property or Delegated Authority business.
• Strong understanding of Lloyd's and Company Market processes.
• Knowledge of Binding Authorities, Coverholders and Delegated Authority administration.
• Experience working with US Property risks is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including Pivot Tables and ability to analyse large datasets.
• Excellent organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with brokers, insurers and Coverholders.
• Knowledge of US regulatory requirements is beneficial.
• CII qualified or working towards Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review and process Binding Authority Agreements (BAAs) and endorsements.
• Liaise with Coverholders and insurers to obtain agreement and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain and validate broker system records and ensure Coverholder compliance requirements are met.
• Calculate and process Profit Commissions where applicable.
• Support brokers with binding and issuance of policies under delegated underwriting authorities.
• Prepare and issue client documentation within service standards.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, insurers, Coverholders and other stakeholders.
• Produce and monitor monthly risk data, exposure reports and aggregate information.
• Work with operational teams to ensure prompt processing and settlement of premiums.
• Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes.
