Job summary

Domestic & General Group is seeking a Mystery Shopping Associate to provide oversight of customer journeys, products, and compliance across retail and partner channels. You will act as a genuine customer, recording findings and contributing to how we improve customer outcomes.

The role supports product launches and ongoing quality assurance, with strong emphasis on detail, analysis, and timely delivery. A flexible UK-based location helps us cover Midlands to North regions as needed.

• Develop a detailed understanding of Domestic & General's products, services, customer journeys, and customer outcome expectations.
• Analyse customer interactions and sales journeys to identify good practices and potential areas of concern.
• Deliver mystery shopping activities across retail and partner channels by acting convincingly as a genuine customer.
• Record and score findings in line with quality standards and reporting requirements.
• Support new product, process, and client launches by validating that learning has been embedded.
