Responsibilities

• Act as a regular customer to help businesses improve service.
• Complete visits to restaurants, cafés, fragrance and beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities and leisure centres.
• May also perform remote tasks such as handling phone calls, emails and online enquiries from home.
