An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join a friendly community hospital team. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills. You will primarily support wards and clinics in Forres, while also providing assistance to other teams across Moray. The position demands a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information. An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant with the Community Hospital admin team. We are a small but very friendly team.
The successful applicant will require excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with a confident, courteous and friendly approach to patients and colleagues. Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated, have the ability to work well as part of a team, able to provide cross cover to the departments as required and have previous experience in an administration role. This post can be very varied.
A high standard of verbal and written communication skills are essential as is accuracy and attention to detail and proven experience of MS office systems. Training will be provided but the successful applicant must have the ability to produce accurate outcomes and be able to work on their own initiative. The successful post holder will provide administration support to the wards and clinics. You will mainly be based in Forres, but will be called upon to provide administration support to other teams within Moray – Dufftown, Aberlour, Buckie and Keith. As the post holder will be dealing with medical records the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
Applicants will require a driving license and the use of a car.
