We are recruiting for a band 3 Healthcare Support Worker for a 16-bed Community Hospital in Dufftown.

Stephen Community Hospital serves the locality of Speyside and surrounding areas, providing ongoing rehabilitation for patients transitioning from acute healthcare settings such as Dr Grays and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We care for palliative patients, those awaiting home care, and conduct various day case procedures, including blood transfusions, MS day cases, other infusions, and intravenous antibiotic therapy.

The workload and patient groups are diverse, offering opportunities to develop knowledge and skills. Full support for professional development is provided by the Practice Education Team based at Dr Grays Hospital.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centered care.
