About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team, working across Cambridgeshire and the East of England, including main towns such as Cambridge, Peterborough, Stevenage, Hitchin, Luton, Bedford, and Haverhill.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties within a social housing setting. Your tasks will include minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting, among others. You will use a handheld device to receive and complete assigned tasks (full training provided), working efficiently and safely to ensure excellent customer service.

About you

Candidates should hold an NVQ Level 2 in Building Maintenance or an equivalent qualification, a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card, and possess H&S knowledge. Experience working in occupied and void properties is essential, with a passion for completing repairs accurately and on time. Social housing maintenance experience is desirable.

You must have your own tools and a valid full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
