Outwood Academy Riverside, part of the Outwood Grange Academies Trust, seeks a Music Teacher on maternity cover starting 01 January 2027. You will deliver high-quality music lessons within the Performing Arts Department and contribute to a growing school orchestra.

The successful candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, bring strong subject knowledge and the ability to raise attainment across Key Stage 3 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Qualified Music teacher with QTS or equivalent.
• Experience delivering engaging music education across age groups.
• Ability to raise attainment through effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality music lessons within the Performing Arts Department.
• Contribute to school orchestra and extracurricular music provision.
• Support curriculum development and assessment in Music.
