London Teaching Pool, Ltd is seeking a passionate Teacher of Music for a large mixed 11–16 secondary academy in Luton for an immediate start, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

The role requires teaching Music across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students' knowledge and practical skills, and preparing students for GCSE where relevant. A temp-to-perm pathway is available.

Formación

• Experience teaching Music to KS3 and KS4.
• Ability to plan engaging music lessons and assess student progress.
• Commitment to high expectations in behaviour and achievement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students to develop their musical knowledge, confidence and practical skills.
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE Music where required.
• Set high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Contribute to the wider Music Department and school life.
• Build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
